Sailing the Sea of Cortez

The Sea of Cortez is a world class sailing destination, in the sea you will find whales, dolphins, mobula rays and sea lions playing in the water beside you. Along the shore you'll find some world class snorkeling and diving and on land you'll be able to visit some beautiful natural environments as well as lively modern towns.

Over the last few years cruising here, I've collated a bunch of resources which I believe will be of interest to prospective sailors visiting the area for the first time, or for those who are familiar with the area and are looking for some new anchorages to visit or some information on specific areas.

The information here doesn't represent a replacement for one of the many excellent cruising guides, nor is it a replacement for a good set of charts and proper seamanship, but they hopefully will help you along the way.
